Hi all My PC configuration is: Windows Edition: Windows 10 Home 64-bit (Originally Windows 7) Model: HP Pavilion g4-1318dx Notebook PC Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU B960 @2.20GHz Installed RAM: 4GB System Type: 64-bit Operating System Since I updated to Windows 10, everything was working like peaches, but a couple weeks ago, I tried to use Skype, and the Webcam ceased to work, I believed it was a small problem, and ignored it. The things I've done so far now are: Update the CyberLink YouCam software (through HP), the camera was not working even when it was ran with the original software that came with my PC (never opened the software until I had this problem), and just today, the camera seemed stable enough to not crush the updated CyberLink YouCam program. At this point I'm very disappointed since, it seems that there isn't an HP solution out there for the camera, and I only found this link: But is generic -and not useful-, since I'm totally unable to find a recent driver for the HP HD Webcam [Fixed]. The updated driver is dated, as it can be checked on the Device Manager driver, and so far, I believe is not compatible. To be honest, so far I'm pretty happy with Windows 10, and is the first time consuming problem I had with it. Any help, especially from HP -regarding Windows 10- would be much appreciated.
