I did hope there would be an option there for cleaning the print head (magenta and yellow nozzles currently not working) and Epson told me to hold down the 'Stop' button for 6 seconds to do print head clean from the printer itself. However, all that happened when I did that was a query (on the printer's display panel) saying 'Clear settings?' I told Epson this and they said 'where is it that you get this message?' The link is for 64 bit so maybe you are on 32 bit? Has a dropdown list for select operating system if that the case. Select 32 bit Windows 10 and try that.
