Since HP Pavilion series have Ralink RTXXXX 802. Driver Generic Bluetooth Adapter Hp 4300. 11b/g/n WiFi Adaptor in it, Microsoft shall not be able to find the update driver of it. May be they don’t have the updated driver in their database.

Good morning everyone, after all this time I upgraded my pavilion zd8000 (p/n EL032EA # ABZ) going from XP to Win 7 and adding 2 sticks of 2 GB of RAM. Win 7 sees only 2.5 Gb and also in BIOS resulting 2.5 Gb. Looking on the internet I read that I should update the BIOS (now version is F.33) to make him see the 4 Gb but on the HP website is not possible download anything due the PC has more than 10 years.
Also from the HP website are advised not to download the BIOS from the motherboard manufacturer cause might not recognize any system recovery CD. Does anyone know where to download an updated BIOS for Win 7 and above all safe? Thanks in advance.
